• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹4,000 within India.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the order has been dispatched.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for incorrectly dispatched items.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to info@timelessdiecast.in.
• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
